Volunteer

There are many ways to help support the river:

  • Education and advocacy:
  • Volunteer for events like the River Festival;
  • Write letters to influential people and offices.
  • Trash pickup;
  • Vegetation management;
  • Odd jobs--such as:
    • repairing a park bench;
    • constructing rock check dams;
    • building berms
  • Office and general support: Anything from hanging a window blind to filing and cutting clippings to calling people to attend an event.
