Description: Bio-retention cells (or Bio-cells are one of the most widely used green infrastructure practices for managing stormwater. They have an engineered sub-grade designed to capture, filter, and increase infiltration of stormwater runoff. Design volume for this installation is 25,000 gallons per year based on average storm rainfall (1/4) inch and the average number of precipitation days per year.
