What do we measure when trying to understand water quality and quantity? What does the data mean? Learning about the ins and outs of monitoring the river and watershed is important for adults and youth alike. As we move into a drier environment in the coming years, SFWA is prioritizing educating the public on issues facing our water resources. To address this need, we will be offering adult monitoring workshops in the upcoming year.
We are also available to go into classrooms or meet students at the river! If you are a teacher and interested in student monitoring education, please reach out to us.
